Reader Questions for July

My next Q & A is right around the corner! So, in the comment section, leave the question that you would like for me to answer. Again, I need you to limit it to just one part of your chart or one placement that I can interpret or give you my view on. If your question is too complicated or too loaded with information, then I won’t answer it.

Also, as always, you can ask me a question about something in my chart. I say that and hardly anyone asks about me, which I’m not complaining about. I’m just saying that the option is there. I will be picking five people. So, that should give everyone enough time to contribute. Then, I will be doing a video answering those questions shortly after.

Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you!

  1. Hello!
Thank you for all your great info!
What would you say my marriage will be like since I have Neptune/Uranus/North node in the 7th capricorn (all conjunct)? Thank you!!

  2. How does one overcome financial issues if they have Saturn conjunct North Node in the 2H? (In Capricorn)

    1. If I may , Saturn is where we find our challenge in life , where there will be some form of restriction, but with NN there it's almost as karmic as it can get astrologically speaking I guess..

So if there is effort , Saturn never denies my friend , although it could be delayed - that's what I have come to learn from my Saturn Return on Nov - Dec 2014

With NN , achieving your financial goals would be the purse in this life-time you could say and based on my research NN also takes time to get accustomed to and comes with age after getting that nudge from "Saturn - Return" - Wayman's Articles speaking :D :D

All the Best- and remember that your financial goal is always attainable!

    2. Hi Mango Time! I had to jump in because I have south node in 2nd house in Capricorn, so I wanted to share a bit about that position that maybe would help. I'm learning to share myself with my partner: my resources such as money, my time, my body. It's hard at times. I'm used to being self-sufficient. I don't like to depend on anybody. I feel guilty if I owe somebody something. It's very easy for me to manage my money, I like to have my own money, etc etc. Obviously, I'm pulling away from that and turning toward sharing and vulnerability. So I'd recommend standing on your own two feet. Not depending on another to provide for u in every way. Becoming self sufficient, independent, developing your own idea of what's true for you and what's good for you. Developing your self worth. Standing tall and not hiding behind the partner. I'd love to hear what comes easy to you having the south node in cancer in the 8th so I can learn from your perspective. Thank you.

  3. Can there be found indicators about psychic gifts from one`s birth chart and if so, what those would be? I have read a lot about water placements having something to do with the matter and wondered this since I know many people who have had these "unexplainable experiences”, but when looking at their chart it hasn’t been as watery as I would have expected. :) I haven’t yet decided what to think about supernatural but I must admit I am always intrigued when it comes to subject. Thanks beforehand and apologies about my slighly limping english ^_^

    2. @Anna - Uranus, Neptune and Moon in the 12th house could heighten such sensitivity in people..

I have all 3 in my 12th house though different signs..

8th house loaded folks could have such experiences to..

    3. Water is probably the most 'psychic' out of all the elements yeah, I've also heard that 9th house placements, especially Moon or Neptune can indicate a sort of prophetic vision. Aside from that I'm guessing prominent Neptune, Moon, and/or Pluto placements can create psychic ability

  8. Hi Wayman!

I hope you are doing good..

My Question is : with a loaded 10th house Scorpio ( Pluto , Venus Rx and Sun) and South Node in 10th house conjunct Libra Mid-heaven , isn't it strange that my Aries NN at 4th House is a strange contradiction in that I will have to be selfish - aggressive and independent of the family but should look to build a family?!!

This paradox is eating me literally as I have always been geared from a young age to achieve what is typically known about 10th House..

    Medium Coeli Libra 14 °54'28
    Pluto Scorpio 7°32'34
    Venus Scorpio 12°14'10 (Retrograde)
    Sun Scorpio 13°28'24
    11th House Scorpio 15°12'24
    Mercury Scorpio 28°00'15

Note : Out of house stellium in Scorpio!!

Any help is much appreciated especially as these planet are opposing my NN too so what is my life's goal despite being blessed with the best qualities of 10th House and with Uranus in my NN and Jupiter having a gala time in my Mid-heaven!!

Thanks in advance for any input regarding NN , SS with loaded dice :)

    2. Well, it's not my place to answer here, and I don't really HAVE an answer - just some thoughts that hopefully help you to make more sense of it all.

It might help to think of Aries in different words. Not aggressive, but assertive, not selfish, but a leader. Aries sure knows how to say "no" to others, which isn't a bad thing. It's also full of courage, vitality and optimism. So, the 10th house sure is your comfort zone, but the first thing that came to my mind was you being the matriarch (patriarch?) of a family business. Maybe a home business. Like, in the most extreme case, a mommy blogger. :) Or more traditionally, something like your own shop or restaurant, where the kids pretty much grow up at this workplace.

The second one was Molly Weasley. :)

Don't think of the South Node as something you shouldn't do anymore - it's just a lesson you already learned, something that comes easy to you with experience. And when you think about it, it's a great placement - bit like first taking care of your career to then be able to afford a nice home and family. :) But your career and whatever you do out there in the world shouldn't be your focus to the detriment of your family. Like, don't be the "dad" that can't be home for their kids' birthday because of a meeting with clients.

Independence from the family also doesn't have to mean that they are not important to you. Just that you find your own way. Like, it might be a family tradition to become a doctor or lawyer, while you'd rather start your own restaurant. Or vice versa. Their feelings matter, their opinions don't - you got your own home to build.
And as someone with the Midheaven in Cancer I can tell you, that home and family doesn't have to mean you're blood-related.

So, good luck building your empire. :)

    3. @Nadine ,

Thank you for the inputs! The ideas definitely helped as I have been thinking about it from the angles you have put forth for sometime now..

Btw , I am neither a matriarch or a patriarch! Just guy who doesn't have any close relationship except a love- hate relationship with mum!

Sun Conjuncts Pluto in Scorpio 10th house , cut off father and Wayman's article about Sun Conjunct Pluto is absolutely spot on!

Moon - Conjunct Neptune in Capricorn , 12th House , explains relationship with mother very clearly too..

As for me , I was asked to fend for myself at 19 years of age so since then I have been on my own and it's been almost 11.5 years and I have literally made myself from nothing to something today :)

So the NN in Aries if I have to make an astrological guess - has made me have "literally" no familial relationship on both mother & father's side..

And I have been supporting myself working and getting stronger in my career although I have lost jobs I have come back very hard and very strong and I am getting better at it with age! - So there you go , love my work ! Work is worship!! Clearly that's my loaded 10th house and South Node Conjunct MC talking via my life experience in the last 12 years..

So Nadine , while it's clear I could make a home for myself , with the loaded planets and Pluto near MC and South Node , it appears my NN has already gone beyond my reach while I am feeling better & stronger on my 10th House now!

    4. Haha, dude, you're 30, not 80. More than enough time to change your course in life several times. Or, well, to tweak it.
Point is, the 4th house isn't simply a house, spouse and kids. It's more about being at peace with yourself, about feeling safe and supported. Grounded, with strong roots.

I get the appeal of the 10th house, with my Sun and Venus there and in conjunction with the MC as well... even though it sometimes is exhausting, as if I were under constant scrutiny. I always fail when I try to be simply nice and inconspicious. :P And yeah, Sun square Pluto (got no emotional relationship with my father, and only little contact) and had to block my mother on my phone to get a little peace from her overbearing ways. Quite toxic.

Just so you know where I'm coming from. The thing is, even the lack of a good or any relationship with your parents shapes you, your thought and behaviour patterns and the way you handle your emotions. Just for example, you might still feel the need to prove to your parents and the world that you don't need their support. And with your Moon in the 12th house, your South Node has an easy time to lure you to hide behind work. It's your safe place.

Heh, this reminds me of Frozen: the Moon in 12th is like "conceal, don't feel"... hmm, you know, can't say that I like this movie, but Elsa goes from suppressing her emotions, to bursting/losing control when it becomes too much, to isolating herself, until she is able to let go. Might not be the worst analogy for you. :) Letting go can be pretty hard, but the NORTH NODE is your challenge, not your fate.

So, it might be clear that you can buy a house, but making a HOME is different from that. "Home is were your heart is", not your paycheck. :) If I were you, I'd focus some more on what the 4th house means and how to deal with your Moon. After all, the Moon is the ruler of the 4th house.

  9. @Wayman ,

This is about your chart - Aquarius rising and a Leo Descendant!

How does it feel to be a typical Aquarius Rising in Public and Regal Leo in Private?!

Does the energy rub-off on one another at any level ever, like is there an exchange of these energies?

  10. I am a Capricorn (Dec 28 10:20am SYD australia) Have survived Pluto crossing my natal sun and is now hitting my natal moon. Tough! But worse, my 23 year old son is reeling from Pluto hitting a stellium in his 8th house (Dec 8th 1994, 16:43 Frankston Australia). My question is which passing is hardest ... the first direct crossing, the retrograde, or the 2nd direct crossing?

    1. Should have mentioned ... it is a 6 planet stellium. Sun, Mars, Venus, Mercury, Uranus and Neptune

    2. The question about which passing from a transiting planet is the hardest och more forceful one is very interesting to me as well! A case can be made for any of them being the strongest. Personally I'm not sure it isn't something that is unique to each life situation and person. As an example, I'm going through a really terrible saturn transit on my IC right now: I very clearly felt the first (depressing) passing, but the second one was way worse and even as I knew it was coming I didn't expect thst at all. Dreading the third one..

  13. I have Pluto and Jupiter in my ninth house, but I absolutely hate foreign travel - how could this be? Almost every interpretation I've read of Jupiter in the ninth makes it sound as though I ought to be the next great explorer 😂

    1. Should have also mentioned that Scorpio rules my ninth house + natal Jupiter in Sagittarius is conjunct my Sagittarius MC - I'm baffled! Maybe it's just my Aquarius ascendant wanting to be contrary...

      Delete
    2. Just think of it as "expanding your horizon". Doesn't have to mean travelling, though I'd guess that someone with Jupiter in the 9th who does travel is the kind of explorer who wouldn't be satisfied just lying on the beach.

There's an emphasis on learning, exploring, exchanging new ideas with other people, interest in philosophy and religion etc.

  16. Have you ever read/seen articles by the astrologer Bob Marks? He makes it very simple to get to the "focus" of the horoscope. He gets to this by finding "Singleton" planets or houses(Such as only 1 planet in a certain modality or element, or only 1 planet in a certain type of house.)
How accurate do you think this is compared to taking EVERYTHING into account within a horoscope?

  17. Hey! I would love to know your take on double and/or intercepted houses!

I have Gemini ruling the 5th and 6th house, along with Sagittarius ruling the 11th and 12th house. My moon is in gemini (5th house) and South node is in Gemini (6th house)// North node in Sagittarius (12th house). Virgo is intercepted in my 8th house and Pisces in my 2nd house.
There is something definitely important about this because I have a packed Scorpio in 10th and I find that it rules over my AC (Capricorn AC//Cancer DC), and that Scorpio/Taurus are the natural rulers of my intercepted houses.

  18. Hey Wayman :) I really liked your article about uranus in 4th and ever since I wanted to ask you what if uranus is conjunct Imum Coeli or nadir. Thank you!

  19. Hello, Wayman,

Always been fascinated with the "bad" houses (8 and 12). I see you have a combo of planets in the 8th house which in theory has to make you a very intense person with a lot of so called killer-instinct. Sure, I don't know you personally but from your videos and texts you don't strike me as that type. I personally have a wide relatively innocent Mars sextile Pluto and yet feel the urge to smell blood when "mishandled". In what ways do you experience that Scorpio energy and how it manifests itself in your case?

    Thanks.

    1. Two questions about you chart. Did you know that you have the same Ascendant as J.K.Rowling? I asked her, and she confirmed it. But, she has Sagittarius MD. What does it mean to have Capricorn in your 12th house cusp when it comes to dreams?

      Delete
    2. I'm asking you this because I think that 12th house is also about dreams. I've Gemini 12th house, and I have very interesting dreams. Lately, I woke a couple of times from smiling and actually laughing outloud. They're also funny.

  25. Hi Wayman, I see that you have Saturn and Neptune in Capricorn in the 12th.

Can you talk about having a stellium of those outer planets (Saturn, Uranus, Neptune in Capricorn) in the challenging, dreaded House of Restriction, Confinement, Isolation, etc. What good can come out of such a natal planetary alignment?

  28. Hi Wayman, thanks so much for doing these! I'd like to hear more about the Saturn/Uranus/Neptune stellium in Capricorn too. What sort of strengths and challenges does it give a personality, and what can be done to bring out its best side? My particular interest is about this stellium in the first house, and what can be expected during the upcoming Saturn return, but I'd love to hear about it in any other house too. :)

  29. Hi Wayman!
What would you say about placements where a planet in a certain house is quincunx the natural ruler of that house?
    Case in point:
I have Sun in Taurus in the 9th house (conjunct the MC) quincunx Jupiter in Sagitarius in the 5th house
And also, I have the North Node in Scorpio in the 3rd house quincunx Mercury in Gemini in the 10th house

How would you interpret and deal with these aspects and placements?
    I find them very confusing!

  31. Two questions (either one is ok):

1)In textbook synastry, I see a lot of "good aspects" between people who are family members. I even see them between random individuals & famous people they couldn't have possibly even met. I don't see them between spouses or romantic partners, who I know in real life to be very happy and stable. Why? Have you seen these patterns?(Examples of "good inter aspects" I've seen are positive sun-moon, venus mars, North Node-personal planets, angles conjunct other angles or personal planets, etc.).

    OR:

2)I have the Capricorn Sun conjunct Mars on the descendant, and both square Pluto on the IC in Libra. I have no drive or energy, and have always been very easy going and uninterested in partnership. My parents have been married for years with no signs of breaking up. Do you have insights into how else this could manifest?

  32. Hey wayman, I'm curious I have NN, Uranus and Neptune in 6th house in Capricorn, all conjunct with each other. How would the sudden upsets of Uranus and the dreaminess of Neptune affect the expression of my north node

  35. Hi Wayman! I would like to know your take on intercepted houses. I have a stellium in sccorpio 6th house with libra on the cusp, and the 12th house empty with taurus intercepted. And Aries in the house cusp. I just gave myself as an example but it's more for general knowledge. Thank you!

    1. Also have an intercepted house situation. Aries intercepted in 2nd with Libra intercepted in 8th. Mars is at 0 deg Aries and Sun at 16* Aries Opposite Pluto in Libra. Typical interpretion is that I have my keys locked in my car. I tend to think of it as a doing without judgment lesson
