Moon Signs: Your Inner Lunatic

As I state in this video, I don’t use the word “lunatic” in a negative sense. The truth is that there is a lunatic in each and every one of us. And if you disagree, you’re crazier than you think you are. The Moon shows us how we can be irrational or react in a primal way we don’t entirely understand. This is the gift of astrology, though. It helps you understand yourself.

  1. I am moon in Virgo. I absolutely realize (just now in my 30s) that I in fact do believe everything has a solution. I have come to (slowly but surely) learn to let things just "be" and that some things are just meant to fall into place...shattered, unfixed, etc...

And my Virgo moon is in 8th house. Yay! Joy!

No worries, this can be fixed. ahhahahaha

    Okay...bad joke.

  2. When I listened Pisces Moon it was like wow. You know I have a tendency to isolate myself when I feel emotions are too much to handle. I don't like to show how much I sad or hurt and when someone asks something like what's wrong with you I just say oh everything is great. I say I don't feel good because of weather or because I'm tired. And when I feel overwhelmed I want to be alone at home. Being at home to me is like being in the heaven. I had a friend with Aquarius Moon she had a tendency to turn everything upside down when everything was going right. I know a person with Scorpio Moon actually she has a stellium in Scorpio (Scorpio Moon, Venus, Rising, her pluto is in the first house conjuncts her Moon so, she has strong Scorpio qualities) and I noticed that when you step on her tail as you said she will bite you in response. And she knows how to hurt a person, she will choose such words that are venomous and words that will eat you up. And she will never forget that and every time she will remind you what have you said to her or done to her.

  3. Loved it!
My father has a Sagittarius Moon and I never got it (so many things about his chart I don't get), but now it makes a bit of sense. He used to be very religious, and that energy is still with him I believe, there was a time he kind of tried to impose that on me. And he's a firm believer on things he wants to believe, he's into conspiracy theories, medical advice from the internet and TV shows and stuff like that. It's endearing in some way, it's not the super crazy type of thing haha.
Meanwhile, both my brother and my mom are Capricorn Moons, and I find It quite hard to deal with, but they are the best people ever, and very loving in their own way.

I would love a video about the Moon in the houses. I have Moon in Cancer in the 12th house and while I deeply resonated with the Cancer Moon description, I also identified with the Pisces Moon one, It actually left me astounded!
I guess I don't quite know how the 12th house Moon differs from the Pisces Moon afterall.

  4. As a Taurus sun, I cannot STAND Taurus moons. (maybe it's because of my Aries moon). dated a Taurus moon once and have no intention of doing that ever again.

    2. Your moon placement doesn't really tell you anything unless you have the aspects and everything... What will you do if the perfect guy comes along, will you turn him down if you find out he's a Taurus moon?

  7. I have a Pisces Moon, and frankly, I'm sick and tired of the negativity surrounding my sign. I'm a Sun Sign Pisces, with the Moon, Mercury, Juno, Fortune, Ascendant, and Vesta all in Pisces in the 1st house. I guess it's how you look at it, the glass is either half-full or half-empty. Jesus Christ is also according to astrotheme.com a Sun Sign Pisces with seven planets in Pisces but you would never say anything bad about him, so why throw the rest of us Pisceans under the bus? I hope more astrologers show a balanced view of our sign, and what does your chart say about you?

    1. I agree. I've got a pisces moon, and north node, and Neptune in my first house. I feel like there may be a misunderstanding with this energy, in general. Maybe we aren't at a place where we can really know for certain what Pisces' energy actually is about, and represents. Yet, lately I've been coming across some really negative takes on this placement, in particular, (Pisces moon), and I just frown, and shake my head. Sure, maybe we have some really negative traits, but just as everyone else, we have some really positive, and down right mystical traits. Pisces energy is so cool, because of how fluid it is. Again, I don't think we actually understand enough of this energy to really be able to talk about it in the ways that we'd like to, but to just focus more on the negative qualities of this placement... I don't like it. :(

    2. Actually he had Taurus energy as well, or perhaps Virgo. Remember he used to be a carpenter by trade! That requires mathematical skills, an eye for beauty and precision. The beauty of carpentry is in the amount of details in it. So he worked a lot with his hands in a steady job.

  8. Do you think heliocentric astrology counts. Cuz I feel more like a libra moon then a Scorpio moon

  13. It's funny as a taurus moon I never felt emotionally stable. Hearing that taurus moons are supposedly the most emotionally balanced is literally the only aspect of my astrological chart that I felt never fit for me. You're the only one I've heard who likens this placement to a kind of emotional repression - which IS very accurate for me. Yes I relate to having the extremes with emotions - and now I'm learning to be better aware of them and feel them as they arise - so I am neither pushing them away nor indulging in them. #goals

  15. Pisces moon -- this only resonated for when I was very immature. Now it is the opposite and I find that my moon sign is an excellent asset to intuitive endeavors. I share my emotions readily now and intuit how other people feel about how I feel LOL!
